Put margarine in water to melt.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
When margarine has melted, stir mixture well, then blend into
dry mixture.
Mix well, cover and let rise until it has doubled in size ( approx. one hour
).
Flour a counter top and hands, kneed air out of dough.
Seperate dough into three equal parts.
Grease or "Pam" loaf dishes, then spread one of the parts of
dough evenly
into one loaf dish.
Repeat for the other two parts of dough.
Cover dishes and let rise to the top of the dish ( 45 minutes to 1 hour ).
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
Butter top of loaves to keep crust from getting hard.
