Jill Rankin's Thin Crust Pizza Dough
Ingredients

cup
bread flour
¼
tsp.
salt
1
tsp.
rapid rise yeast
1
tbs.
Extra virgin olive oil
½ to ¾
cup
luke warm water

Mix togather in a large bowl and nead for 10 minutes.

Put in a greased bowl and cover for 1 hour.

Punch down dough, nead again for2 to 3 minutes.

Roll out on baking sheet, pinch edges to form a rim.

Sauce, cheese, top, bake until done, 10 to 15 minutes typically.
