Mrs. Smith Teriyaki Sauce
Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

½ cup
brown sugar
½ cup
soy sauce
½ cup
water
¼ cup
dry Marsala wime

extra virgin olive oil

tbs.
minced garlic

tsp.
vinegar

tsp.
ground ginger
4 to 8
boneless skinless
chicken brests

Utensils

Pyrex casserole dish

Grilled Terrayki Chicken

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Put chicken breasts in casserole and pour sauce over chicken.

Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours, turning at the half way point.

Grill on a gas or charcoal grill until done.
