Dry Rub for Shrimp

Olive oil


Splash of

white wine




Mix all ingredients for Dry Rub and dry-rub the jumbo shrimp, let set for 1 hour, then saute the shrimp with a little olive oil, adding a splash of white wine saute until they are PINK on EACH side [DON'T OVERCOOK] to do on grill, marinate with dry-rub for 1 hour and then baste with olive oil and white wine on grill, until pink on BOTH sides.
